Together with Covid-19, the world we’ve known rapidly changed. Staying motivated and creative during these unprecedented times was not easy. But maybe experiencing the world in a new way and using creativity as a way of coping with all the stress and lockdowns were opening up new possibilities?
“ …Things were tough, uncertain and blurry. It was hard to be positive and feel motivated. There were some days I doubted myself and what I’m doing.
But between these bad days, there were also good days that I felt hopeful for the future, chose to focus on creativity, and used design as a tool to transform the negative into positive…”
As Fulden Dehneli mentioned above, there is always hope and “design” can easily lead the way to find a beacon of hope for a brighter and better future.
One of the first projects that was designed during these extraordinary times is GĀDO & KEN, a product duo for #Covid19 protection. Another exciting product, MICO, is a recent project that has not officially launched yet.
And what is common between these two? They both won a Red Dot Design Award! 4000+ entries over 50 countries. Only 319 of them were awarded, including these two designs.
